Does this mean I can use them in a private skype conversation? Or do OSBot trades need to stay OSBot trades entirely?
I understand I can't use them in my thread.

Just out of curiosity, as I do not want to accidentally break the rules.

I don't believe so. Using links directing to other websites via Skype is fine, just that you cannot use OSBot with these links to negotiate the trade.
