if you think he scammed you, you can say forgot password on runescape and it will automatically lock your account instantly until you change your password through your email. But I don't think he is a scammer tbh.

Ever heard of the saying "Patience is a virtue"?

As Slunse is aware, the order has been completed.

If you must know, i am running several bots (competitor) on my pc and it was lagging so i closed off Skype and all un-necessary processes.

I see nowhere in my ToS where i state i will be online on skype the whole time.
