what are your settings in breaks settings?? someone can recomend me a good time break with the configuration pleasee

This hasn't gotten me banned once. Think about it from Jagex's perspective.. No one plays for 12 hours and gets off for 2, then plays another 12, it's just not possible for periods of time.. you have to be realistic in my opinion.. usually i just run 14 hour shifts since i'm still in school, when i get home i set it up, and when i get up the next morning I shut if off.
