Yeah sure someone can go though the effort of making new accounts to vote for themselves, but that would be sad and a massive waste of time. Not sure if mods can see who voted for who though.

I think it's pretty pointless if people do that, but I do have suspects on which signature has been voted multiple same times by the same person.
