i believe i am i.p flagged 2 of my accounts were banned for macroing very closesly to eachother there within the same hour they were both woodecutting and i need to change my i.p i have turned off my modem and turned it on again a little while later i dont think that did anything i have also been told to call my internet provider is there any easier ways BTW i am not a moron so dont try and tell me to go to some stupid site to get fked on

For some people you can't change your IP unless you call up your ISP. You don't have a dynamic IP.

call your isp, use a VPN or download a program called ip switcher. that is the only way.

As other people said , you can either call your ISP to ask for dymanic ip router or you can just use a VPN
