What do I buy? I have 2 faulty blackberry's (one doesnt get a signal and the other has a smashed screen but is working)

 

Looking for a decent phone, I dont have like £500 so dont suggest a iPhone 5S. Preferably not another blackberry, been through 2 in a month. Not looking for gold or scripts, so dont suggest those, might purchase CS:GO on steam, although looking for a decent phone, Maybe a HTC one? Suggestions below?
