October 17, 201312 yr I need help with two of these questions, I drew them out below. All it says is to simply, I reckon they aren't hard problems. I appreciate anyone who helps, this is on a quiz I took today & was wondering the answers.
October 17, 201312 yr Assuming that 3 isn't a third root, it would be: [ (3)(10)(x^4)(y^5) ] / [ (-2)(5)(a^2)(b^3)(c^7)(sqrt2ac) ] = -3(x^4)(y^5) / (a^2)(b^3)(c^7)(sprt2ac) At this point, depending on what your teacher requires, you make need to simplify the square root in the denominator. You would do this by multiplying your whole fraction by (sqrt2ac) / (sqrt2ac) Your final answer would be: (-3)(x^4)(y^5)(sqrt2ac) / (2)(a^3)(b^3)(c^8) source: AP Calc BC student :p
October 17, 201312 yr 1) 30(x^4)(y^8) 2) not too sure about the second one - i could answer it, but in absolute values
