I got a positive paypal balance, and tried to buy VIP (had more then enough money on PayPal).

After finishing the trade, PayPal decided to make it a delayed payment, and I am wondering why?

 

I have enough PayPal balance + I am verified on PayPal. After all they still decide to make a delayed payment and PayPal wants to put the money off my bank...

 

Why is this happening?

 

When I bought RS membership earlier this day, nothing happened lol?

i have this too sometimes. its something like buyers protection or something, wait a few hours and should be fine

Dafuq... i'd say cancel it, wait a few hours and try to pay it again.
