The buyer will not receive a refund if he got what he paid for.

The seller is not responsible for any bans/mutes that may happen to your account, however we can partially refund for a perm ban.

The buyer is responsible for who they are trading with - if it's an imposter it's their fault.

The seller has the right to refuse doing business with anyone.

If the order was not completed in any form - the buyer has the right to a refund.

The staff may change the terms of service at any time if necessary without further notice.

You agree you will not receive any account details until the order is done or you explicitly wish for personalised details.

You agree no refund will be given unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service, or agreed to mutually by all parties involved.

You agree to provide login email/username, password for all services, and bank pin for any services that may require banking.

You agree you will have all levels and pre-quests on the account for questing and mini-questing, unless wanting those done aswell.

We can provide items for levelling/questing if they are initially paid for by buyer.

By ordering from us you automatically agree to these Terms.

You must change the password when we hand the account over to you.
