If a genie lamp pops and it opens it once...

 

If he gets interrupted before he was able to click a skill and confirm he wont try to reopen it.

 

He will just sit there being red screen and wait until you manually reopen the lamp, then it will pick the skill and confirm.

 

Hopefully this was clear enough.
