Explanation:


He sent me money, I refunded. and then i requested a little bit more to cover fee's and then he used a different PayPal and i get an email saying that they're gonna report me for fraud from the 1st PayPal he sent me money on. I think he is trying to find a way to charge-back. I also think that he is using hacked PayPal's or he is trying to BS his way to get a refund from PayPal.
