Explanation: First, I wanted to purchase runescape osrs service. Then we got a deal at 10M for two accounts, I told him that we was gonna use a middleman and he had a lot of excuses, [this is taking for ever, I got over 150+fbs on pb, etc...]

Then after I told him 50/50 he said, yes then I gave him the 5MIl and after that he just logged out saying he didnt got it and etc...

 

 

Do you have any screenshots of you trading him the money with his full rsn being displayed?

 

No but, if you look at the skype screen and the trade, you can see that his name start by jin i know its not all the name but, after I say confirm its you, he say in trade so, I think its really suspect...? Otherwise howd I know that his name was starting by jin?

Before we begin may I just say that 420 has already tried to get me banned for this on p****bot, https://www.p****bot.org/community/topic/1103701-scamm-report-arcsector-proof/#entry13469989 ; The thing is that he got banned due to the fact that HE is the scammer here, HE is also a ban evader.

 

I spent ages talking to this guy and agreed on the use of a middleman, he denies this but I clearly said that it's fine, we found a middleman and we were about to do the trade and then he refused to pay the fee. So, I suggested doing 50/50 to which he agreed. He then told me where to meet him and I went to the place.

 

The thing I find sketchy is that he doesn't show my rsn... I don't see why he wouldn't do this? What I think he is trying to do is say that he got scammed then make me give him 5m! I will not let this bullshit happen though and here is how I think he did it.

 

He trades me and asks me to say that i'm in trade, which I did, then he declines. He then acts like he gets the cash and then when I obviously am like wtf he accuses me of scamming -,-

 

Idk wtf is wrong with this guy but he has tried something like this on PB and got banned for it. I hope justice is done here.

 

 

I'm not convinced you traded him the 5m. I don't see enough proof of the gold being traded to him.

 

Did you look he just said, that I declined the trade but it show ON RS THAT THE TRADE WAS ACCEPTED WHEN I JUST logged in to do the trade, everything is there, and what about p****bot? you dont know the story here its osbot so please..

After review, my final decision is that 5m was traded from to @ArcSector. I don't see good enough defense from @ArcSector. 

 

He has 24 hours to refund, or convince me that he never received the 5m. If he fails to comply he will be moved to the restricted group.

When 420 bks provides PROOF that I received 5m, I will happily comply, but this will never happen as I never received 5m.

 

There is NO pic of the trade being accepted and NO pic with evidence of me even being in that trade! I DID not receive 5m and therefore CAN NOT and WILL NOT give this scammer 5m. This guy has been banned on p****bot for scamming before. I have almost 150fb on p****bot and have never been accused of scamming on here or p****bot before this, therefore, I don't see why I would scam 5m; I could easily scam a larger amount, why would I risk my reputation over 5m!!!

 

The other sketchy thing is that I agreed to the use of a mm! Why would I agree to this then scam? Altogether the pieces just don't add up, and I hope you can see this!

 

To conclude, I have almost 150fb on p****bot, a few here, been vip on here and p****bot and Advertising other bots isn't allowed. on many occasions, I am trusted by many people, currently many people go first to me weekly for orders worth 5x this!!! It just doesn't add up that he doesn't have sufficient proof, I agreed to use of mm, then I scam such a little amount?

 

No matter what the outcome is, even if you find me guilty I WILL NOT "refund" this user, as I know and I swear that I didn't receive 5m from him.

Unless you have a better defense, you are proven guilty by me. Also, could either of you please provide screenshots of Skype messages where one of you not agreeing to a MM? Both of you are saying the other person didn't agree to a MM.

Edit - I have recieved further evidence from a different member via skype which supports ArcSector being guilty. 

 

 

- If you look at the chatbox, they have the same things in them so it's believable that they are the same instance. Wow, that is like the easiest thing to fake ever, it's no evidence, I will make a video tonight showing that it's easily possible if you want.

- You confirmed you were in trade with him. So? He declined
