Jagex accounts won't start through Bot Management

I bought lifetime VIP and manually add the accounts into the Bot Manager. At first one of the accounts started, and was running, but afterward they get stuck as "Planned" for their status. All of the accounts are under the same Jagex account. 

Also, is there a more streamlined way to mass create accounts? I had to manually log into each account and set the name before adding it to the Bot Manager.
