Hey im looking to train my strength im 1 attack 60 str i have been camping monks but should i go somewhere else to bot? or stay at monks

mmmm it's hard as monks / every pure training place is relatively high ban rate. pretty sure you would get more xp in level 1 stronghold...low banrate

I'm unsure if you get attack exp doing the quest line for the use of experiments, but you will get better exp per hour there so it's worth looking into.

 

If not monks have around what 15 hp?

I suggest going to rock crabs.

 

They have higher defence, but an obby maul will make short work of them.

Go minators in stronghold

if you had maybe higher attack you could do the al karid warriors. However the Fark you spell it.

 

but they do hit pretty constant on 1 defence..
