Jagex account not working again.......

I started using bot manager and I get an error message *pinned.

I can login with patched client and everything works perfectly but I want to start using the manager.

the login details are 100% correct, although the password is complicated: has upper, lower case, numbers and dashes "-".

Im not even prompted for the email code it simply fails to log in.

  • Using the most recent version 2.7.51 
  • operating system MacOs

Any suggestions could it be because of the password or operating system thanks!
