I am new to this community. I was wondering if there's any existing guides or updated threads with insight on how to last the longest/safest without getting banned.

I don't think there's ever been any experiments or studies into what decreases ban rates, it's all trial and error

The age and general time spent manually playing an account seems to REALLY put it lower on the radar. Botting anything gold farm related is much higher risk then some Ironman mid xp/h fishing / granite mining etc. There is a ton more too it but I can't really do a whole guide since I am not maxxed yet  (arund 2k total atm though so getting close)
