Should I wait a little while before doing that? I'm assuming I'll need to use a VPN or something to make it appear that I'm somewhere else when I submit the appeal request? I would wait a week at minimum, not too sure on the VPN thing though, I think you'd want to be on the computer you use normally with a regular connection.
