I'd give each client at least 512MB of ram to be on the safe side, so 2GB RAM.

It would help to know how many cores the processor had, and not just the speed (if the site even lets you know).

on 1 gig ram,  1x 2.4 ghz

on 2 gig ram,  2x 2.4 ghz

You will have no problem running your bots on this.
