depending on the bans if no bans then around 80-140m 07   if it has bans 50-90m 07 

I dont see why bans matter, as jagex now perm bans for macroing regardless of whether or not you have previous offences.

Goldfarming vs botbusting moderate? Or is it perm  ban no matter what?

I have multiple accounts, some with bans, some without- mostly accounts without.

I used to get "botbusting moderate", but since like a month ago every ban I've recieved was "goldfarming". 

The botbusting's take 2 for a perm ban, the goldfarming ones are insta-perm ban. I believe Jagex hands them out near-exclusively now.
