If you can pay 10$ via PayPal to a OSBot member, you can also pay 10$ via PayPal to Jagex.. which grants you membership immediately.

You're buying this for other reasons, probably because the PayPal info won't be tracing back to your other accounts when you get banned for macroing or other reasons.
