Obviously a joke or something. The local law enforcement, meaning police, are labeled as "essential," and will still be working during the government shutdown.

I just don't know enough on this matter. I should seriously read about it to see how it affects me.

Parties are messing this up. They're focusing on things that really aren't as important as they are made out to be. The issues we are all talking about are nothing in the big scheme of things.

 

Compromise is the way to go and the US seems to have forgotten.

all i know is what i read on rt ..the UK papers tend not to talk about it :\ ...and before you get all high and mighty about this being only about the US... anything that effects your economy will in turn effect mine so it has much to do with me as you .. well maybe not so much iv already got the NHS and i don't wish to go to any of your famous landmarks anytime soon ;)
