error when trying to make jagex account

so im back in the botting game after a break and was trying to make a new jagex account to start botting again but whenever i try to make the account in both the launcher and website i just get infinite spinning circle when clicking the blue create account button.

Tried with and without vpn

Tried share hotspot from phone

Tried different browsers both incognito and non incognito without luck

 

Any tips?

I'm having the same issue. If anyone finds a workaround, please let me know.
