While I can see that the customer was logging onto the account and the provider being nice about it, I don't see any agreement prior to service beginning that it was okay. Given this, I'm suggesting a partial refund is due for the incomplete service. Can one of you two show me what level/xp the account got to? I cannot find the account on the highscores anymore. So in fact jessenican had the intention of give an account as payment method for the training from lv86 (50% exp to 87) to lvl 96 runecrafting which thats we agreed in first place, so, after the unfortunate event that for unknown reasons the account got a 2 days ban, i left the account that he was going to use as payment for this service with a fresh 14days of membership running from a osrs bond code on such account that i was going to own, and i left the account becuase by the obvious reason (he threatened me on discord) of he was going to recover it so easy... it dont make any sense invest or sell an account that im not the OO, and this OO was threaten me on disc, so he wont even let me change email of the account to finally make the account mine.... And the confirmation of what i have nothing to refund to jessenican is the comment he left in this thread the Monday at 01:22 AM https://gyazo.com/7ca264d8cfddff5ebb92ced7abb87c9d so, at this point, i have nothing to do here, the refund was done by himself, and also, if is someone should do a refund is HIM, bc i spent a membership code on the account that was going to be used as payment which in the end HE RECOVERED THE ACCOUNT as he claims...
