Entity bug @ Pest control

Brief description of problem: Entity's of NPCs / Objects stay when they are dead / destroyed at pest control.

Other: Sometimes it happens that there is still an entity  when it should be dissapeared. Is this made by jagex for anti botting or is it the client?   If jagex than i will fix it else please fix this :$  unless you don't want to fix this i will have to fix it in my code ;p  cause now it wants to attack that NPC but its not there XD
