osbot file .jar extracting instead of opening

Hi guys

 

I bought a new pc but i can't install osbot properly..

 

when i download the file from the website and click on it to open it asks me to extract the files to a certrain location instead of just opening..

 

Any ideas?

Right click osbot icon -> properties
What it does show there?
