Yes but I've never actually been to fight caves... I'm level 45 with 43 Strength, 35 Attack, 25 Defence, and 53 Range. Would I be able to train Range there? If so, what equipment would I need?

Yea you can go at pretty much any level man. When you die you don't lose anything. And yes, you may train range

What types of arrows should I use? I'm thinking bronze but I'm not sure. Also, what do I spend tokkels on?
