Account locked after appeal

Hey all,

As title, my account is locked after sending an appeal for botting. The reason is that I stated in the appeal that somebody has access to my account. 

However, now if I attempt to unlock it the request keeps getting denied by Jagex (after 6-7 hours). Im pretty sure most information that I put in the form is correct, however the account is never paid with any credit card because I bought in-game bonds to maintain my membership. 

Does sending a request with original IP which I created the account actually help? Please help me
