Well it turns out it only works on vendors in the USA and I've had ZERO luck. If anyone is interested, I'm looking to buy 120m OSRS 07 gp for $25 (~0.208/m) in the form of a Visa VanillaGift Prepaid card, which can be used anywhere *IN THE USA If this is possible we can, and probably should, use a middle man.
