When they go down they do typically let me swap out if I ask but lately I've just not been asking and the proxy down time is the only type of extended breaks my accounts get at all so I just kind of let it be until it comes back up. I thought proxyseller wasn't working so I tried smartproxy but I have the same issue so I probably am the one doing it wrong.
