Title says it all, I like just building up accounts smurfing to level 30 so if i can make some 07gp along the way why not
no set price in mind i'd like some offers, 16 champs bought, I don't think I've bought any skins, Full AD rune page and an AP rune page up to level 30 aside from the last quintessence

16 champs in the bare minimum for ranked play. lots of lp buy what you like on it I dont care.
