This has probably been mentioned before but I can't seem to find it. 

You are currently running version 20.0.1 of Java. - I have uninstalled and tried other versions of Java and cant seem to get it to work.

Download Java regular 8 version. 
 

java 1.8 sdk is unnecessary unless you wanna make bots yourself. You don’t need to pay but you do need an oracle account if u wanna download it. 
 

make sure all other Java versions uninstalled. Make sure to delete empty modern Java folders in program files and the username folder AFTER you uninstall them.
