Client Is Not Functioning Correctly

Everytime I try to open up the client, it kind of bugs out like this and is pretty much useless. 

I've tried re-downloading, it won't fix it.

I clicked on the Sign In button and it completely messed my display drivers. It had my computer doing dark, then on, then dark, then red, etc. 

The bot was working perfectly fine for me before I re-downloaded it because I switched user accounts.

Just starting it up now completely messes up my drivers.

I had fixed it myself, but now it's happening again after re-installing the bot and I forgot how I fixed it the first time...
