What exactly do you mean by "smithing accounts"

Do you require a certain smithing level on each of the accounts? Or are you just going to be using them for smithing?

 

If the latter, might just want to remove the word smithing to get rid of any confusion and just say you're buying accounts with no JAG or bans on them.
