I'm sick of leaving my computer on and not being able to run enough bots so I'm looking to get a VPS.

However I have no idea what to do, where to get it, etc so I was wondering if someone could help me.

  • Download putty, connect to your VPS IP
  • Login as root
  • Enter the password they gave you or the password you set
  • Type "vncserver"
  • Type "vncpasswd" (Set your personal password for your vnc)
  • Once that's finished, download VNC Viewer and connect to your VPS IP, but add a ":1" after it, ex. 193.54.675.463:1
  • Enter the password that you set.

This is if you bought from carbonhost. Other providers, I think it may be different
