If you wanted a free trial you could get it, you would also have a limit as to the number of machines you wanted, or have a limit on hardware specs, also with free trials you don't have VPN support and a pool of public IPs for server hosting. A company that a few of us our employed under uses Skytap for Live Learning Sessions, they only consume 10 machines out of the 30 potentials we can make.
