Cant get thread eating to work

I am trying to stay at least above 25 prayer while killing monster NPCs but I can't get thread eating to work, 

I created new thread eating entry and added in "enable thread eating" but it won't drink the potions to keep my prayer up above a certain amount while I'm attacking NPCs or at all.

Can anyone help?
