Account isolation.

How much can jagex see and what is required to isolate accounts? Would two accounts running off the Same pc with differnt ip addresses be enough to stop associations? How about using proxies specific to the osrs world they’re using? Would the client it self associate accounts?

This might be helpful beyond separate ips (proxies) but no definitive proof it further isolates accounts. Anecdotally I've noticed removing the random.dat file helps cut down bans/chain bans on my proxies :)
