Osbot doesn't run, flashes open for a second then gone.

Hi,

Initially had trouble downloading the OSBot file as it was blocked, now I have the file and I am opening it with Java v8. Properties unblocked.

When i click open, a small popup will flash then nothing.

Any thoughts?
