Hello everyone Quick guide for people running into the issue of Error Saving file.

The follow error "Error Saving File" or "Unable to create advertising" drives from an issue of you not having access to your file system.

Follow these steps to fix your issue.

  1. Open file explorer and left click Local Disk (C:) to open it
  2. Next click on Users and right click on your user profile
  3. Click on properties at the very bottom
  4. Select Hidden then a window should come up. "Confirm attribute Changes"
  5. Select Apply to changes to this folder only.
  6. after that is done Click hidden agan an select apply.
  7. Now select apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files.
  8. This way you unhide all your subfolders and you should now have access.
