Your IP is flagged.

You should hope your ID is dynamic and try resetting it and getting a new one.

Otherwise use a VPS/VPN (there is a guide on how to use a program called CyberGhost on the forums here) to mask your IP and only play on different IPs.

You keep getting bans because Jagex has flagged your IP and is keeping a close eye on it for macroing.

I made the acc using vpn and it still got muted. But I don't currently play on the VPN. Cmon someone please It is a decent deal 1m Plus a bunch of steam and origin games and your only paying 3m if your planning on making a new acc You don't lose anything by doing this.
