you can trade you paypal or osgp for membership pins in the services section once you reach 40posts

You can also transfer the money to a friend that you trust that has a verified PayPal and buy ultimate gamer card and use that to buy mems this is what I do

Buy from the services mate. You don't have to suck jagex's overpriced money.

Hello, so I have started an attempt to gold farm on old school runescape, using OSBot, Im using a paid bot (getting around 100k per hour). And I have started getting used to anti ban stuff and shit, but I have hit a problem, once I sell my money I want to use paypal but Jagex wont take paypal payments for memberships unless you register a credit card to it.... (I dont have a credit card as a 15 year old) I need to fix this somehow so I can do on multiple accs at the same time... With 1 acc I will not go far... Please help.

"11. The Website may not be used by minors under the age of 18

You may not use this Website if you are under 18. Before being able to download OSBot software, you must confirm that you are over 18. You warrant that you will not give such confirmation unless you are indeed over 18." - Osbot ToS

Making bots accessable by everyone is like sending a kid to a firing range. They'll ask question like what's a safety ? Or in this case basic online payment proccesses.

Come back in a week and ask more ways to gold farm.
