Skills are levelled up via questing except for magic and slayer and a few attack / str levels. Otherwise its all combat XP from usual quests for mithril gloves and nmz quests. 

Animal magnetism has also been completed.

Priced it up myself looking at someone elses services and got around 30m, I feel like that is an accurate number as I have seen mithril gloves go for 25mish. If you have a more accurate price though let me know :)
