What is this file?

I've heard that it "helps" Jagex flag you.

Can you please enlighten me on how to remove this file?

If you edit the bat file, what is written inside? The random.dat file*

 

Never heard of this.  Again, I just found this information myself but I have never bothered with it and never been banned.

If you got banned recently, you might aswell delete it(reset).

It's supposed to make it harder to link new accounts and those that were banned.
