Barrows ready accounts

Price checking and stat checking what is the minimum standard for barrows accounts?

Eg. 50 magic, 60 range and Defence?

Plus does having a quests/achievement diaries help with increasing the accounts price?

10M-15M or so? with those stats u might get 3 chests per hour not sure tho
