Hello, in need of a staff member to stop all my renewals. I currently am unable to do it myself via the interface because I have already clicked on the unsubscribe buttons within the Manage Purchases section.

I know they are still active because it has charged my card and the renewal dates have changed.

If a staff member could please cancel the renewals that would be great.

I would be extremely happy with a refund for those purchases but if that isn't possible I am FINE with you simply stopping the renewals.
