ISO new main account

Hey guys, completely new poster here, and i'm in search of a new main. Mine has just gotten it's first 2 day ban for botting up agility for just 4 hours. I do not care about quests, only certain skills. My priority is high or max combat/mage/range. as well as 80+ agility, semi high RC would be a huge plus. Otherwise across the board 70's would be extremely nice. Let me know if anyone has something to match this criteria.
