Would it be possible and safe to buy/sell accounts that qualified for the top 2k for deadman mode tourney, or would jagex be heavily monitoring that?

I would assume probably like 20m-25m each since this time high scores are more competitive. I'm just worried that Jagex is heavily watching for any rule breaking since it's been a long time since they started a new dmm tourny.
