Looking to start a fresh level 3 account and work with someone to build a quest cape on it, for obvious reasons I'm only looking to work with people who have a decent amount of feedback. 

Need someone who can dedicate time to this, there will be a few extras I need (Graceful, Pyro, Torso, Anglers, Rogues Outfit etc) but we'll discuss them on discord.
