No reset password mail in inbox or spam

Hi, I have an old osbot account that I forgot the password of, when I try to reset the password and put my email in (the one used to create the account im trying to reset) all is fine. However, I cant find the reset mail in my inbox or spam folder.

The accounts name is skillcube10

 

I still have the old osbot mails in the inbox from 2 years ago
