Hi, I got permanent banned 3 days ago and knew someone on Osbot has already made a topic for Ban Appeal service but I couldn't find it anywhere so I see this as my last option/chance to find him or maybe someone could tell me who it was?

 

I'm willing to pay for it.

People seem to be offering a lot of unbanning service, weather it'd be 100% you'll be unbanned or even unbanned at all. Your chances are very slim as of now. I've heard that Jagex have stopped doing this service as many requests were coming in, and they could not look at very offence extensively. But as far as the unbanning service goes, your chances are slim to none as of now.

Master Cheif posted a guide for this, it didn't work for my two day ban but it is worth a try as they are good methods! id suggest grabbing the main idea and editing it into your own story as many people would just c+p the ones provided.  just cant seem to find it / forgot where it was =/
